Abstract

The authors experienced a case of malignant pleercerphic adenoma cccured in minor salivary gland of 32 years old v on en accompanying regional swelling for about 2 years. The findings were as follows;
1. The site was´Vibuccal mucosa of ti?e orifice of Stensen´s duct.
2. Clinical-features were not different with benign pleomorphic adenoma.
3. Histological examination revealed numerous ductlike structures in stromal tissues, myoepithelial cells lined cystic cavity: containing eesinophilic material, and the myoepithelial cells form truster, island and strand patterns.
In some area epithelial at}-pia appeared.
